Our Replacement/Return/Refund Policy

As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully review all customization data that you provide us before you place your order.

Please note that, once an order has already been processed and/or shipped, a customer may not contact us to:

- Make any changes to the customization information

- Change the product

- Cancel their order

If WE made a mistake with your order OR you received a defective product, we will replace or correct your order at no cost to you.

You will be required to return the original item via Canada Post's Standard Mail Service.

Along with your replacement, you will receive a pre-stamped, self-addressed envelope in which to return the original item.

The returned item MUST be in the condition in which you received it, in order for it to be replaced at no cost to you. It would be good if we received a photograph of the error or defect, prior to your returning it to us. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY MARKINGS INSIDE ANY BOOK.
