Our personalized products are shipped from FOUR LOCATIONS (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Minneapolis, MN, USA).

For your convenience, each product features a dedicated Shipping Information link. Simply click on this link for the specific item to confirm the shipping location for your order.

By default, products dispatched from our Toronto office are sent using Canada Post's Standard Delivery, which does not include a tracking number.

If you prefer the xPressPost Delivery option, your order will be shipped through one of the following couriers: FedEx, Purolator, UPS, ICS, or CanPar, and you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

If your delivery address is located within the Greater Toronto Area—such as Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Mississauga, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding communities—Trexity Local Delivery is available to you. This service offers faster delivery times and lower rates compared to the couriers mentioned above, along with the ability to track your package.

Products shipped from the US will be shipped via a reputable courier service (example, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Shipping Time

Because our products are custom-made for each recipient, shipping times could vary, depending on the product(s) purchased. Typically, we have most orders ready for shipping within 24 - 48 hours. However, at Christmastime and whenever we have run a promotion for which there is a high response, shipping times can be unpredictable.

Currently, the turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours.

NOTE: During the busy Christmas season, Standard Mail Delivery times cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Once we've placed an order into Canada Post's hands, we have no further control over it.

Canada Personalized Gifts cannot guarantee the delivery time using this shipping method. It is entirely up to Canada Post after your package has left our hands. If you choose this shipping method, you will not receive a tracking number. Typical delivery times are as follows:

- Local orders (within the Greater Toronto Area) are usually delivered within 2 - 3 business days

- Local orders (outside of the GTA) are usually delivered within 3 - 5 business days

- Non-local orders (outside of Ontario) are usually delivered within 5 - 8 business days

Canada Post xPressPost Delivery Service
Canada Post guarantees the delivery time for this shipping method. If you choose this shipping method, Canada Post will send you an email with a Tracking Number. We request that you track your package yourself (either by phone - 1.800.267.1177 or online - www.canadapost.ca). Especially during the busy Christmas season, we will find it impossible to track your package for you. Typical delivery times are as follows:

- Local orders (i.e., within the Greater Toronto Area) are usually delivered within 2 business days

- Local orders (i.e., within the Province of Ontario) are usually delivered within 3 business days

- Non-local orders (i.e., outside of the Province of Ontario) are usually delivered within 5 business days
