Throughout the Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Canada Personalized Gifts. Since 1996, we have been in the business of marketing personalized products for children. Our personalized products include books, music, stuffed animals and alarm clocks. We offer our website to you, our customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.
By purchasing our product(s), you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions referenced herein. Our Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or merchants.
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from our website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to ALL of them, then you are advised not to proceed with your purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. and our secure online e-commerce platform is provided by them, as well.

We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason without explanation.
You understand that the customization information that you provide Canada Personalized Gifts with, as well as, your Shipping Address, Telephone Number, and Email Address, may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and modified to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Your Credit Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that, once an order has been processed and/or shipped, a customer may not contact us to:
- Make changes to the customization information
- Change the order title
- Cancel their order

If WE made a mistake in your order, we will replace/correct the mistake at no cost to you.
- You will be required to return the original item via Canada Post's Standard Mail Service
- Your shipping cost will be refunded
- The returned item MUST be in good condition in order for it to be replaced at no cost to you.

If YOU made a mistake in the customization information you provided us, we will replace/correct the mistake (if you wish) at your expense for 25% off the original price.
- You will be required to return the original item via Canada Post's Standard Mail Service.
- The returned item MUST be in good condition in order for the 25% discount to apply.
PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to personalized products that were purchased with a WagJag Deal Coupon. In this case, the customer should contact our customer service department as, depending on the terms and conditions of the WagJag Deal, it is entirely up to the discretion of Canada Personalized Gifts, how the situation will be resolved ... The percentage discount on the replaced item, IF ANY, will not be 25%.
PRICE CHANGES
We purchase our products from companies in the United States of America. From time to time, the cost of a product, the cost of shipping and/or the cost of border fees are changed. As such, Canada Personalized Gifts reserves the right to change the prices of our products at any time without notice. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a particular product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.
